So the difference between WASR-10 & RH-10 is from the rear sights forward? From the rear sights back to the butt plate the parts are the same, stamped receiver, forged trunnion(s) and fire controls? The RH-10 does have a shorter sight radius... Thanks for the help Guys

Hello folks. I just asked if this shotgun legal in NYC (New York Citi not state) and if it requires to have a F/A license or/and puschase permit. NYC has different regulations then state. I got the answer about New York State rules. Can someone clarify NY Citi rules? Thanks.
