My ejector rod and ratchet came apart and keeps coming apart and is sticking. When I try to unlatch the cylinder the Ratchet sticks is there anyone else having or had this issue. This is a brand new gun I just got it, I haven't even put a round in it yet.

The image shows the DA/SA version but the description and part number says it is the SAO version. The first review also mentions the buyer getting the wrong version (DA/SA not the SAO). Just checking since I really want the SAO version.
