Bud's Item Number: 719008960 Chiappa 1892 .45 Colt rifle 24" takedown This is not listed on Buds Calif approved list. CA does not have any restrictions on lever rifles that I know of. Shouldn't this rifle be perfectly legal to ship to CA.

thanks for all the replies, I sent email to dickinson they have not replied or acknowledged the question. I suggest to budsgunshop to verify the info displayed of overall lenght 31". In my case if I had bought the gun expecting 31" and I get 38.5 as in one of the replies I would return it ("not as described")

On many reviews I read they mention what great service they get. I can’t even find a number to talk to a machine or human. I look at my order states and it says for 5days now “ have all of your order ready to ship “. But it doesn’ t ship. Anyone one else actually satisfied with their service?
