I'm looking at buying the HI-P 4095TSWC 40TS carb woodcamo. Is these firearm legal in MN, looking at MN laws it says rimfire are prohibited but I didn't is anything about centerfire. plus extra magazine would I buy for this gun?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. But I bought a Mossberg JM Pro (Jerry Miculek Series) 10-Shot from Buds a while back. I don't have budget for an over under. Can I somehow use it get a correct choke to use this for shooting clays and pheasant hunts?
