Is this NY compliant , not NYC , New York state with CCW pistol permit. looks to be as defined as pistol and 10 rd magazine is max allowed in NYS for a pistol. Any thoughts?

This gun retails for $2300 from Weatherby and I haven't found it any cheaper than $1800 anywhere else. Is this price correct for this gun? Not going to complain but the old saying if it's too good to be true it normally is. http://www.weatherby.com/mark-vr-accumarkr.html

The listing on Bud Gun Shop on this Remington Tactical 81187 indicate 7+1 capacity. I just received it. I can only load 6+1, is that a type or am I doing something wrong. I am using 2 3/4" Federal #4 Buck. Thx.

The recoil spring is an often cited problem for this gun, but most people are saying they got a replacement spring from Century Arms which stopped the ejection failures. Are these guns being fitted with the fixed springs from the factory at this point, or do you still have to request a replacement?

Just got off the phone with customer service. I don't think it's fair to not honor a price match that's is their own price match. For an item I tried to purchase for an item I viewed at 4:00 then tried to buy at 6:00. And I literally hit ad to cart and it went up $200.
