The above answer isn't 100% clear, does this pistol have the transfer bar safety or is it true to the original design with fixed firing pin on the hammer? Do these now have the rebounding firing pin or strictly fixed? Are these full sized or are the grips smaller?

Haven't bought either but on their website I saw that it uses "LWRCI PROPRIETARY DI BOLT CARRIER GROUP". I don't know if the new generation trigger would work in it. Just wondering. Thanks!

posted a Q yesterday with 2 responses, thanks to those who responded. The reason im asking if this model is legal is because kimber only listed 4 model #s on the DOJ website all others are just descriptions of models. smith wesson, springfield, ruger, ect.. all have specific model #s listed. Buds does not have this gun on california legal gun section of website also. this state is so jacked up I just want to be sure before i order one then run into problems, thanks for your time, jeff
