I see some places say only 5.56 NATO on these AR15 style semi auto rifles and others say both 5.56 NATO and 223 Remington.. This listing strikes me a little odd that it is listed as 223 Remington first then 5.56 NATO rounds... To me I would say it is ok to definitely shoot 5.56 NATO rounds out of this, but again it is just odd to see the 223 Remington stated first.. Maybe I'm just funny like that but can someone confirm that it is perfectly ok to shoot 5.56 NATO out of this gun?

I was interested in buying Model 31197 which is about the same as this model here. The difference is this model doesn't have a front or rear sight. I'm going to mount and optic but would like to have backup sights. Is there a way to add sights to this? Or would it be better to wait for Model 31197 to be back in stock?
