I purchased a Stribog on my order#3969938. I literally just was able to take it to the range for the first time since i purchased it. It jams every time i pull the trigger and i would like to know what i do from here. Do i sent it back you you for repairs or a refund. or do i have to reach out to the manufacturer? i did purchase the lifetime warranty for this gun. please let me know, as i don't know exactly how this all works

I have a marlin XT like this one except in .22LR. Would it still be legal in NY if I affixed a pistol grip/thumbhole stock? I think it is only restricted on semi-auto firearms, I just don't want to end up in prison... thanks.
