my new savage mk11 fxp will not extract fired casings,,it will extract unfired rounds all day long. i have scrubbed it ,,brushed the chamber,,lightly lubed the bolt,,,,,un lubed the bolt. nothing works. what am i missing ? thanks

How is this $650 ish model 109t different than the $1700 109t Bud's model 415013518? UPCs are the same. Why are these so inexpensive while others (same gun?) are still listed at $1700? Are these used? Factory blemish/defectives? Unbelievable price discount (or markup on the others). What gives?
