Marla d has banned Springfield M1A as a so called assault rifle. The NY compliant M1A doesn’t have a flash hider or a folding stock. Is it legal to transfer one in Maryland I am considering a 308. I noticed that the loaded MA1 in 6.5 Creedmoor is specifically not banned according to the Maryland State police list.
