The only difference I can see is that one comes with a 10rd mag and the other comes with a 17rd mag. So why is there a near $75 difference?

Is it possible to put a angled foregrip on the cp33? Is it illegal to do so, or is it legal? My brother just got this for his birthday and wants a grip for it.. I know vertical grips are a no no but what about angled grips? I just want to make sure I can get him something he can use. I don't know much about firearms but I'm trying my best. Just went to my ffl to pickup this rifle. Inspected the rifle and everything looked good. Got to the bolt and it looks used especially for a brand new rifle. Called Savage and they said Buds received it back in February but came in stock this month. Savage also said they fire one round. This bolt looks like it has fired at least 50 to 100 rounds. How was the condition of everyone elses bolt?
