I HAVE NEVER FIRED A HI POINT 10MM CARBINE. HAVE FIRED AND ENJOYED SHOOTING A RIGER AR556 MPR SEMI AUTO 350 LEGEND. REALLY ENJOYED SHOOTING. THE HI POINT COST IS MUCH LESS. FOR ADDITIONAL DOLLARS, ACCESSORIES CAN BEPURCHASED, AT A REASONABLE COST. COST IS LESS THAN THE RUGER, BUT I NEVER SHOT A HI POINT. DO YOU FEEL THE HI POINT IS AT LEAST AVERAGE QUALITY?? WHICH ONE SHOULD I CONSIDER PURCHASING?? HI POINT, LOWER COST EVEN WITH ACCESSORIES? OR THE RUGER 556? HIGHER COST? THANKS
