When I buy a handgun from Buds will it be the cost of the gun itself and sales tax payable to Buds, then the cost of my FFL dealer to them?? (total cost??) I never bought online before.

Hello! I placed an order for a handgun on 6/13 (using a credit card) and haven't heard anything since recieving the notification that it went to the shipping department on 6/14. I've ordered from Buds before and always had fairly quick shipping. Has shipping been slower lately and what should I expect? Thanks!

Can local FFL shops open the package without me?

I would like to purchase a pistol online and do a transfer via an FFL shop locally. I wonder if my package is kept sealed at the FFL shop until I come to open and inspect it. Do the FFL shops have the right to open the package without my presence? I just wanted to make sure nothing is done to the gun or the gun is used for any purposes without my knowledge. Thank you. Maura Healy, the MA AG, banned all "AR-15 and AK-47 type rifles, components and clones in her infamous proclamation. How the heck is this legal in MA? Does it have a fixed magazine or something? Thanks for any info. We are stuck buying either SCARs, ACRs, CZ Brens, and Sig MCXs at 2-3 grand a piece, or a pre '94 colt which our 2A "gun friends" are selling at the same price, or more, as a brand new Sig MCX Virtus or even a SCAR 17. A used Colt HBAR for $3200.00. Would you ever have imagined?

I was told that in the state of AZ, you literally needed a felony on your record to be denied purchasing a handgun... Well I have no felony’s on my record, but I am currently on probation. Would that be a reason why the Feds denied me my right to own a firearm?

I am confused about the length of this gun and the same model that has the 10 round magazine. This one has a length of 3.2 inches and the other stainless steel has a length of 3.25. Would that be accurate or are they the same size gun but with different magazine capacity?

I live in Arizona where temperatures in a closed vehicle can reach 150 degrees in summer. Does this adversely affect the reliability or performance of ammo stored in loaded vehicle guns?

It says it takes 1 to 2 days to get a reply after submitting your DD214 to qualify the military discount. I have been waiting over a week with no response. Also, the website email setup doesn't let you ask them without submitting it again. Why is there no response and no way to email them with out sending documents.

First time buying online, I want to purchase with the "Cash option" for the discount (mail a personal check to Buds) & at checkout I see there is a $25 non-refundable deposit that must go on a credit card. Is this $25 charged to my card, then the remaining amount of the purchase I must mail in via check? for example, Item price is $500, i put $25 deposit on my CC, then will I need to mail in a $475 check?
