First the great about piece then the only negative I have. Buds is great all the way around if I want something I check them first from price, to a firearm that is obscure. Now my question is why is the slide so hard to manipulate it’s almost impossible to rack the slide. Other than that the fit and finish is impeccable.

Just received pistol. Tried to swap out grip panels, allen head screws extremely tight. Bushings screwed out and screws remained in bushings. Underside of grips branded "Hogue". Are rubberized panels thin. Sound like a factory screw up?

I believe Remington stopped making handguns post bankruptcy in 2020. I've always wanted this gun. Are there any plans for them to start making them again or is it better to just hunt down a used one?

This gun comes with a 14 round magazine and here in Maryland we're only allowed 10 rounds. If I were to order it would it be rejected or would they replace it with a compliant magazine or would it be shipped with no magazine? And in that case where is a link to a compliant magazine

Thinking about getting the Pietta 1873 357/9mm, I know I can shoot 38 out of 357 but with the 9mm headspacing on the case mouth, can you shoot 380 in the 9mm. cylinder or will the rim drop to far for the firing pin to reliably strike?
