The Taurus website says this model # is 23 oz and has a 2.5" barrel, but Bud's website says this same model # is 27 oz and 2" barrel, which source is correct?

I was wondering if it is ok and safe to carry this weapon as my EDC with the external manual safety NOT ENGAGED? I have been carrying it with the thumb safety engaged for now but have heard that this pistol is exactly the same internally as the version that comes without the manual safety. So can I simply carry this pistol without using the thumb safety? I know there is a firing pin block on this pistol. Please elaborate. Thank you. P.S. I'm asking because my primary CCW was a 1911.

I have a P320 and a CZP10C I shoot very well. But my new FN509 is all over the place. If I can’t shoot out if the box I usually don’t keep long! Do I wait on new trigger to become available or trade for CZ75SP01? Leaning toward the latter. Like the looks, feel and rnd capacity of 509, but not good shooter for me.

This particular gun is not a Gen 2. A Gen 2 has front serrations and a flatter trigger. People are being misinformed on another post.

Just picked up a 92FS INOX got it home and noticed an odd cut on top of the slide. I also noted that Beretta, http://www.beretta.com/en-us/92-fs-inox/ show the same "cut" in pictures of the #7 Open Slide Design and #8 Red Loaded Chamber Indicator. My question to you folks familiar with the 92FS. Is this a defect or feature of the firearm? Thanks
