I’ve ordered the walther ccp 9mm and there are a ton of recalls on this Fire arm does buds look at the recalls or just sell them knowing the weapon has failed did anybody buy a walther 9mm and have maltiple problems

Bersa's web page states that this pistol comes with 5 magazines. Is that how many come with this handgun, the matte black version states on here that only one is included.

I found a 9MM that is approved by Maryland but the clip size can't exceed 10. The gun I'm interested in (S&W SD9VE) comes with a 16 round clip. Can this be changed to a 10 round clip to be MD compliant?

For purposes of CA compliance, is this PC9105LCA18 equivalent to the PC9105LCA that's listed on the roster? I ask because the similar PC9108LCA that's listed as "CA compliant" on this website doesn't have an exact match on the roster; its closest is PC9108LCA-G10. To confuse matters even more, PC9108LCA doesn't show up on the search of CA DOJ Approved handguns.

I'm debating on which to get either full size TPR9 or this TPR9C. I need the full size for more capacity but if the 17 rd magazine works on this compact then maybe I'd consider getting the compact instead so I can use it as CCW as well as home defense.
