Looking at the Springfield Garrison 1911 5" to purchase. What is the difference between these two models I'm missing besides the PX9420EM (Being the Engraver Model) compared to the PX 9420? Everything looks to be the same spec wise? Maybe my eyes are missing something?

It was my understanding that as a qualified person who can purchase the Walther LE PPS M2 9mm, that the LE version included might sights as this will be a back up weapon. So my question is does this LE version come with night sights or do I have to purchase through my department to obtain the weapon with night sights?
