I have the Taurus 45/410 PD SS Public Defender 5rd 2.5 on layway at BUDS. I wont to order a belt holster, is my Taurus a 2.5" chamber or 3" chamber? Buds specification show 2.5 barrel length but NO! chamber length.

Chris the tip up barrel lever also can serve as a safety in that with it open no way for firing pin to hit anything plus open barrel a sign to others gun inop (like having revolver cylinder swung open). Since slide does Not stay open after last round this is remedy I use to prevent dry firing which Beretta advises against. First round in magazine which is last round shot I use a 22CB then rest are 22LR. When I hear the softer report from CB I know it's empty. Have to manually remove CB shell.

How is the Ruger Security 9C for EDC. Quality, fit, function..etc. I use a shield in .40 but wanting to switch to 9mm. Security 9 much cheaper than Sig 320C. Any other recommendations?

There is a comment here by Michael D. that the Pico does NOT like hollow points. Does anyone have experience firing hollow points as that's all I use for self defense. I like the price and size but am concerned about the guns ability to handle hollow points. If anyone has experience with hollow points, what brand of ammo works well, if any? ...Jim D.

I reviewed a S&W SD9VE about 5 weeks ago that I bought from Buds. I gave it a simple negative review, but there wasn't any profanity or vulgarity. The muzzle end of the slide is crooked relative to the frame. Basically, it slants to the right. My account confirms I wrote a review and I cannot write another one, but the review doesn't show on Bud’s website. Anyone else run into this issue? Seems like Buds is sanitizing reviews and preventing ones that it doesn't like from showing.
