Looking at the Emperor Arms 12ga (buds #411559049) but site says it's can't be shipped to CA since it's not on the roster. The roster is only handguns. This is a pump shotgun with 4 round capacity? Meets overall length and Q&A on that page say it's legal. What gives?

I am not recoil sensitive, but have to ask...is the weight of this rifle sufficient to tame much of the recoil, or is having the barrel threaded for a brake recommended? I plan on extended range sessions (50-100 rounds) during load development and intermediate range shooting.

Not much online about this shotgun. How does it compare to the American tactical and rock island versions? Whats the warranty? Is emperor firearms a good company. I notice the rock island and American tactical versions sell pretty fast on buds this one not so much. Any feedback would be appreciated. Just need a truck/utv gun

I used to have an m44 with a built on bayonet but I am aware 91/30s have a mounted bayonet so I was curious if this one will accept mounted bayonets, and if so do I need a specific kind? I ask because I heard finnish mosin bayonets wont fit others, not sure though.
