Good morning, I am extremely interested in this item The Howa 1500 Lightweight Bud's number : 415003730. The Listing states that it has a matte black finish. I have been unable to find any pictures of a Howa with a matte finish. I understand that the photo in the listing is a stock photo and it definitely does not look matte. I just want to make sure before I order that a Howa Matte Black finish is definitely matte and not just a "less" shiny blue. Thank you for your time.

I found a used one in a gun shop for $409. Pretty good condition; a few scratches on woodwork but no apparent mechanical problems. Don't know the year but appears to have a 20" barrel (octagonal). Does this sound like a fair price?
