Washington State Compliant? As of June 2024? We have recently passed some of the laws on gun purchasing and ownership in Washington state. And I'm not sure if this is compliant or what really restricts. I know we did an assault, right? ban. And I pretty sure it needs to be a magazine of only 10 rounds limited, but I'm not sure if that has anything else to do.

Husband is not a hunter, but loves guns. Had to give up his 3030 30+ years ago (needed $$ and baby in home). I'd like to buy him a replacement. I've heard him mention liking 3006 so not sure which to surprise him with. The 3006 I'm looking at has a low kick, he has serious back problems. Oh, I purchase majority of our guns. Any advice on if I should get what he gave up or go for what would be easier on his back/shoulder?
