Weatherby's site lists this barrel length at 24" for the 6.5prc, although they do say that the magnum barrels are 26". Which is it?

I know fascist NJ law makes gun shops pin AR15s with a threaded barrel. But if you have to pin VR80 muzzle shroud it would be impossible to clean and change gas piston. It would ruin the gun.
