Need help. What is the size of Hammerli Tac R1 with stock fully closed forward. I want to buy a tactical case and not sure to go 36" or 42". The description states the rifle is just under 36", but does not say if that is with the buttstock fully extended for maximum length. Please advise if possible. TIA.

I want to buy the Brown Ruger Mini 14 (Buds item #415009573), but I noticed that it comes with a 20-round magazine. Since I live in California, I was wondering if I can still buy this rifle, but have it shipped with a 10-round magazine instead to make it CA compliant.

Just got mine from my FFL yesterday and looking forward to plinking. The manual that was included said not to use BX-1 for 10/22 mags but to use Magnum JMX-1 mags (it's calling this rifle a Magnum Rifle?). It also says not to load 22 short, long, or LR ammo into the rifle. Is this true? There are so many posts saying this thing eats everything. Which is it? Can I follow the mag posts from Emmanuel on this thread (use BX-1)?

I have an existing account w/CREDOVA. I've been trying to purchase a Rossi .45LC rifle for the past 3 nights, but when I click on CREDOVA to approve my financing, I never get a quick approval .
