Slide won't operate when suppresor is tight

I have tried this barrel on my Kimber, and my S&W, on both when the suppresor is fully tight, the slide will not move rearward. If Ii unthreaded it, it needs about 3/16 gap so it will operate and not come in contact the guide rod. any suggestions? Almost seems that the shoulder of the barrel is milled too much passed the threads.

I had a few questions about the Talos kodiak, leather and fleece outer garments. 1. Do these jackets just have a stiff ballistic panel inserted into the jacket or is this a fabric that is woven in as a natural part of the coat? 2. If this is a fabric is it also on the sides, sleeves and hoods? 3. Are there any videos that show the flexibility of these outer garments? 4.
