Do ammo and magazines come directly to my residence or does it go to the FFL? (The state of Maryland) Also, keep in mind I want to purchase a 30 round magazine. I can go next door to Virginia and buy a 15, 30, etc round magazine.

Federal 12ga shorty shotshell on the box it says use only in single shot or break action shotguns if use with any other type of action could create an unsafe condition. Can some one tell me why? i was going to load my Mossberg 590 which i think would hold about 24 of the shorty's.
