It says 124gr on main title. However down in the product spec list it says 115gr. If its NATO round, wouldn't it be 124gr? Which gr is this?

In another post here it says this is safe for the M1. The Remington website says it has a velocity of 3140 fps, which is far greater than what is recommended by this reference link provided: https://www.outdoorlife.com/guns/m1-garand-ammo/ Remington website does not provide the SAAMI or CUP pressure. How is this safe for the M1?
