Keep your cap on Richard Richard C. I'm not upset with you for telling me to purchase my ammunition somewhere else simply because I purchased a firearm that uses oddball ammunition. Just saying that $25.00 for 50rds is pretty high for that product. Also, I did not see any discount from Bud's if that particular ammunition was to be purchased in larger quantities. I am told that using a steel .308 round or non-brass casing will damage the m1a. I find this hard to believe except if you fire more than a few thousand rounds. Is it a bad idea to purchase non-USA manufactured bullets or use the steel encased bulk ammo for hunting using an M1A or a DD DD5V1 AR10?
