I know this is budget ammo but a lot of budget ammo is good & better than most overpriced ammo. Are these hollow points or soft points? Is this good for self-defense & medium game? What are the fps & energy levels? I'll use out of a 16 inch barrel so I know I will lose fps which is ok.
