2 part: How do I send in my G19 to get warranty work? It seems to have light fire strikes and has trouble cycling. This is the first Glock I bought it in battle worn red and it seems they got spray all over. Could this be an issue?

I’m looking for a good self defense round and I’ve tested Hornady Critical Defense and the round penetrated way too far for self defense. I’ve tested multiple other round that are advertised as good self defense rounds and got the same result. D What is a good round that won’t blow through a body.
