Is the grip (what would be the stock) permanently affixed? I ask due to the local laws state any weapon that can be readily modified back to being shoulder fired is classified as a shotgun, not an AOW.

Will this trigger assy fit and function in my 2nd gen Armalite AR-10? Is the hammer too wide for the bolt groove, as is the case with many aftermarket hammers? (they will fit, but certainly will NOT function.)

This morning I bought the Taylor's & Co smoke wagon deluxe in 45 LC w/4.75" bbl., 4109DE. The description is rather vague and only states black regarding the finish, but the picture shows it to be CCH on the frame/hammer. That is what I was wanting and am expecting, but want to make sure that is what is coming. Any help is appreciated.

I believe the law stated in the second response is for an IMPORTED rifle. Does not apply to US made rifles. The Ruger 10/22 Takedown 22LR 16.4 FLSP BL show in the picture does indeed have a threaded barrel.

So it will work on bolt action,, 70835.. OR does it work on both.. i had 4 + diff answers on this and still no one has said that it will or it wont. it said marlin bolt action and auto.. i dont have a auto.. i got a bolt action,model - 70835 xt,22VR, BA HB 7 SYN. ... maybe its the way i am wording all these questions i have ask 3 or 4 times. and cant get what i am wont to know...

is this the stock replacement - 7- RD, black clip that come with the Marlin xt22vr BA HB 7 SYN model 70835.. i wont a extra stock 7- RD clip.. and i wont it to be a marlin clip.. i found a 10- RD, clip model 707135 it is Nickel,, and that ok for the 10-RD,, on the 7- RD, i wont a marlin clip. ALL so it said marlin bolt action and Auto,, Does that mean it will work with a bolt action AND a semi auto.. yes or no.. THEN answers the other part.. PLEASE.. Thanks..

If I buy this kit and a raptor grip to turn my own shotgun into a Shockwave, does that make it an NFA item? I know there's some convoluted rule that lets Mossberg sell the Shockwave without it being an NFA item. Do our overseers extend that privilege to the average citizen?
