I think Savage is on the right track here, however I would like to see this gun with a 14" threaded heavy barrel in 708 calibers with a three-round mag. This would make a great antelope and or deer gun. Add a Leupold or Burris handgun scope and you would really have something. What are your thoughts, do you think Savage could make the leap?
