Does this gun count as a “sawed-off”? Or good since over 26” N.J.S.2C:39-1 A2761 o. "Sawed-off shotgun" means any shotgun having a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length measured from the breech to the muzzle, or a rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length measured from the breech to the muzzle, or any firearm made from a rifle or a shotgun, whether by alteration, or otherwise, if such firearm as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches.

I have an ATI commander 1911, in .45ACP, which I like. However, I also have a taurus millenium 111 gen. 2, that I carry most of the time. So I have found that most of my ammo is in 9mm. I am considering selling my 1911, and buying another carry gun. I actually prefer the traditional double action, with a decocker/safety. Plus this Taurus th9c is at a decent price point. I also prefer the hammer. Any opinions on a gun like this, for under 300$?

It says there is a Norton price guarantee for up to $100 the difference. I think since it has been only 6 days they should accommodate on this particular item. James how do you know all the answers? Okay. I am not happy, I just put this on layaway last week and cash price was $671 and it sold out, then 2 days later it was $683, now today it is $634? Who can I call to get a price adjustment. I have bought 4 guns from Buds since May 2018. So I would trust they should give me a price adjustment?
