I paid for my gun. At the time, I thought I had a FFL dealer near me, but they declined, so I want to choose one that's already on Bud's list of FFL holders near me. I can't figure out how to pick the one I want AND let Buds know I've picked it.

Clearly stated on billing page is: You will receive an error code if billing zip and zip on file do not match. Does this mean I need to be in my zip code to make a payment?
