While apparently common what are my options if my BG check is delayed. It has been nearly 3 weeks. If it continues to be delayed can I have the FFL return the items for a refund? I understand the appeal process for the NICS and wold work that angle, but should I then be denied what is the impact to my now useless purchase?

This question pertains to the new, still in production Remington Ultimate Muzzleloader. The gun was purchased from Bud's a month or so ago. All pictures shown of the muzzleloader show 2 swivel studs. The one I received only has one. Was this an oversight during assembly?
