I sent a cobra firearm back to the company days after it arrived from Buds. Buds was great to work with and even sent me a discount for my next purchase. Cobra firearms has been awful. I sent them photos, an explanation, all my contact information and a copy of the receipt on July 10, 2017. It is now September 7, 2017 and all I get when I try to contact them is "receptionist is not available." When I email them I don't get any response at all. What do I do?

Got in trouble when I was younger. Later in 74' I bought a Ruger 357 and a Weatherby 12 ga. in Alaska. Laws have changed. How am I able to find out if I can purchase a firearm in Calif. without wasting anyone's time. Is there paperwork, background check I can do before I make a purchase?
