It appears that Buds ships Fedex & UPS (my rifle used UPS); therefore, it seems ammunition could be shipped on either carrier? Also whether a signature is required and if ammunition is shipped to residence or FFL is state dependent. Can anyone address this for ammunition destined too North Carolina?

I know this says lever gun, but I was curious if these could be used in a Taurus Judge Public Defender. Normal 45 colt ammo works but doesn't fill up the 2.5" chamber.
