Could I pay fully for a Ar-15 under my fathers account with my debit card or Echeck and then pick the FFL for him ? He's in Texas and he's really not to computer savvy. I noticed in the description that this AR was only sold with a 10 round magazine. Does that mean this gun has a fixed magazine? Or is it one of the guns that have been approved for sale in one of the , "Commie States."
