just the trigger safety

Hi David, it does not have a manual thumb safety. It has a trigger safety. A trigger safety is a device attached to the trigger of a firearm that must be disengaged for the trigger to operate. It consists of a lever that blocks the trigger from moving rearward unless deliberately depressed along with the trigger itself.

This model does not have a Manual Thumb safety. The safety here is the Hinged trigger and your finger staying off the trigger until on target.
