I noticed the chamber is 3". I have a Mossberg 500 that shoots 2-3/4" shells. Can the shockwave shoot these as well? Thanks for your time.

Yes it absolutely can Josh. Any shotgun chambered in 3", 3.5" can shoot that length and any shell length shorter.
