Would I need an ATF tax stamp for this rifle? Or is legal length with the flash hider?

Note: This product will require 2 tax stamps. One for the silencer and one for the SBR.

I would check with Knights Armament as the "Flash Hider" length would make this legal if you are talking about the 14.5" barrel. Customer Service: 321-607-9900 x 1327
