  • Hi Harry, no sir, the Wrangler cannot fire .22 magnum, only the Super Wrangler can.
    Even then, Ruger does not sell the cylinders separately, you would need to buy the Super Wrangler.

  • that is a question for Ruger as they do not offer a 22mag cylinder in the wrangler. it is only offered in the super wrangler. Ruger does not say if there is a difference in the frames between the wrangler and the super wrangler contact Ruger Customer Service: 336-949-5200 (Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET).

  • Probably get 1 from Ruger. It will most likely have to be fitted for the gun.
