CIA Catamount Fury II - Legal in NJ?

Interested in purchasing this gun if it is legal for purchase in NJ. Pistol grip on semi auto shogun is a no no. However the Molot Vepr 12 with thumb hole stock is legal in NJ? Grip on this gun appears to be similar. Please advise. Thank you. Peter U

I think it would but I am not sure it depends on if they think the stock has a pistol grip or not I would contact a local ffl holder and ash him "The following are prohibited: A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip" budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
