Hi Jackie, there is no way for us to know, we do not have access to firearms. When the ATF made brace ruling, you could not even leave the slotted buffer tube on, so if there is no brace, there is most likely no slotted tube.
Now, with the ruling being reversed, this may now come with a slotted buffer tube and a pistol brace. I would call Bud's and see if they can help 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon-Fri
Even if it does not come with a slotted tube, they are very inexpensive and easy to install.
