Hi Greg, No they don't make them for the G42 or G43. You could go for the Suarez standard height sights they are taller than the factory glock sights.

https://suarezinternational.com/standard-height-sights/ Other 9mm sights that I've seen are too wide for the G43 slide. They'll actually overhang the edges of it.

Lone wolf makes them for every model except the Glock 42 and 43 also.
