I love the 48 and have a couple 2is1…to spread out the round counts. The last one i bought has a chalky dark gray finish. If you pull a microfiber cloth over it it “catches” my other one is deep black and shiny (nDLC) is this one truly nDLC or chalky gray? The chalky, gray one functions flawlessly but I like the deep black.

this is the deep black NDLc Finish and you should be pleased with it

Hi Erik,yes sir, this has the NDLc finish. The all-black model G48 MOS comes with a nDLC finish. This finish provides the same tough, durable protection like the GLOCK Gen5-models.
