Does this case either lock, or have somewhere to use a lock?

yes there are 2 locking holes you can see them at the end of the handle where the slide latch is but as a plastic case its not going to stop a serious thief

Hi Jackie, yes this is a lockable case. There are 2 holes on the handle where a padlock can be inserted.
