CDNN has similar mag (cheaper) and states "anti friction". What's the difference? Is it the same?

The Anti-Friction Coating (AFC) provides a low friction, low maintenance surface. Standard magazines have been working for decades but the AFC does reduce the friction coefficient between metals/plastic. I would not worry about the AFC as you would be surprised at how small a surface area of a magazine actually contacts the magazine well. You can visually see this on a mag and just apply a little dry lube there to accomplish the same purpose

Hi Micheal, There's really no difference as these are anti friction also. The anti-friction coating on the magazine body looks nicer thats the only difference.

I'd go with the Mec-Gar Magazines. There's really no difference as these are anti friction also. The anti-friction coating on the magazine body looks nicer thats the only difference.

sometimes anti friction is just marketing hype. I could call a nice blue glossy magazine anti friction. The brand of the mag will make more difference
