Hi Christopher, layaway is available, just put it in your cart and proceed to checkout. When you get to the payment page, layaway will be available as a payment option.
Also, if you are waiting on a permit, you can ask the FFL if there are any fees to hold the gun for you. I am in NJ, and my FFL will hold the gun indefinitely at no charge while waiting for a pistol permit.

Hi Christopher. Layaway is available on this and many other firearms marked "No Layaway". Just add item to your cart - Select Checkout - Select your FFL - Select Checkout option "Layaway" - Select checkout method for min of 20% down payment - Once down payment is made your layaway is complete. Within the 90-day period you can pay little by little or all at once at the end. Buds will charge $10 fee after 30 Days and another $15 after 60 Days for a total $25 layaway fee.
