  • Hi John and welcome. The PMC bronze is .223 and not 5.56. PMC's X-Tac is their Military 5.56 designated ammunition. The X-Tac 5.56 is higher pressure and is higher velocity from the same length barrel over the .223 Bronze. Cheers and stay safe!
