  • Hi Karl and welcome. Yes, for any "Long Gun" such as a Rifle or Shotgun. Handguns can only be purchased in your state of residence through a local FFL transfer. Cheers, stay safe and happy holidays!

  • yes you can purchase a long gun (rifle/pistol) and take it with you as long as the sale is legal in BOTH states IE FL has a 21 year age requirement for all firearms. A handgun could be purchased and shipped to a FFL in FL for pickup

    To purchase a hand gun, but it would have to be shipped to a FFL in Florida.
